We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, M& will exchange your purchase or send you a gift certificate to the same monetary value as your return.

How do I return an item?

 

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, M& will exchange or refund your purchase in the form of a gift voucher. Please notify us to let us know then, return the goods in the original packaging with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

M& is unable to refund postage costs unless the return is a result of our own error or faulty stock. Please retain your proof of postage for your records.  

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do. We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are automatically added when you enter your shipping address at the checkout.

What are my delivery options?

 

M& La Suite ships worldwide using Swiss Post. Delivery time depends on delivery address. Within Switzerland up to two days. Europe wide 6-10 days, rest of the world 10 -15 days.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

 

Once we have received a request we process it on the same or the next business day. If the products are not in stock, we back order them for you if possible. In this instance, we will get back to you to confirm the order and the details of the contract and the delivery time.
